AMP-UP™

History
Founded in December 2005, AMP-UP™ was created by Kelly M. Waldron, Certified Parent & Teen Coach, and lifelong teacher, tutor, and mentor to young people, to provide customized personal life coaching programs to teens, young adults, parents, and families. AMP is an acronym for Action, Movement, & Power. It represents the surge of energy, enlightenment, and positive SELF and life change that happen when clients form an alliance with Kelly. She added -UP so that clients know and feel that her mission is a call, a charge, and a challenge to them to accept full responsibility for creating the powerful and meaningful selves, lives, and relationships they desire.

Kelly is 1 of 100 Parent & Teen Coaches, certified through the elite Parent as Coach Academy, in 7 countries: USA, Mexico, UK, Denmark, Australia, New Zealand, & Hong Kong.

Mission
Kelly's mission is to educate, encourage, and equip young people to develop a strong and sound SELF. Her coaching programs further help them to create and maintain a life filled with passion, purpose, and power while enjoying more satisfying relationships with the people they love and value. Kelly also educates, encourages, and equips parents and families to create a meaningful, coach-like connection with their teen(s) and/or young adult(s) and each other, based on mutual respect, understanding, appreciation, and support.

Vision
Kelly seeks to partner with parents, schools, and other professional organizations who serve teens and young adults in order to create new OR enhance current guidance and personal development services for young people and families. Individual sessions and group workshops (curriculum and materials provided) are customized to meet the unique needs of the young people, family, school, or organization.
